We are seeking a Supervisor / In-Store Visual Merchandiser for our Peter Alexander store at Westfield Stratford, London. This role is perfect for someone who’s both creative and confident leading a team. You’ll be passionate about delivering outstanding visual merchandising that drives sales and creates an inspiring brand experience, while also helping lead the team on the shop floor to deliver an exceptional customer journey.

This is a flexible role offering 20 to 40 hours per week, and will require availability for rotating weekends, as well as some early mornings (from 7am) and evening shifts (until 9:30pm).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute the store’s Visual Merchandising brief within set time frames, maintaining high brand standards and commercial awareness.
  • Plan and implement campaign changeovers and product launches.
  • Support and coach team members on VM and housekeeping standards to ensure consistency across the store.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing, driving sales and delivering a memorable customer experience.
  • Help manage stock flow and replenishment, ensuring an efficient and organised back-of-house.
  • Maintain high standards of visual presentation and in-store execution in collaboration with the Store Manager and VM team.
  • Actively contribute to a positive store culture and lead by example on the shop floor.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A genuine passion and proven experience in visual merchandising—you love styling, creating engaging displays, and understand how great VM drives sales.
  • Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a supervisor or keyholder position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural flair for coaching others.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
