About the Role:

Join the Dotti team as Senior Store Manager at our Perth DFO store – one of our highest-performing, high-volume locations! We're looking for a seasoned retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment. You’ll need to bring sharp commercial acumen, outstanding operational discipline, and a deep understanding of stock flow and team leadership to drive the store’s continued success.

This is a full-time leadership role, and availability is required across weekends, late-night trading, and key retail periods including public holidays.

A Day in the Life:

• Lead a large team to hit sales targets and exceed KPIs.

• Oversee high stock volumes, deliveries, and replenishment.

• Minimise shrinkage and drive stock efficiency.

• Coach and mentor your team to reach their potential.

• Deliver standout visual merchandising and brand standards.

• Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance.

• Build a fun, inclusive, and high-energy store culture.

What You’ll Bring:

• Significant experience managing a high-volume retail environment, ideally within fashion or fast-paced specialty retail.

• Demonstrated strength in stock control, logistics coordination, and managing high inventory turnover.

• Proven track record in team leadership, sales performance, and operational excellence.

• Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for customer engagement and layout optimisation.

• Clear communication, resilience under pressure, and a solutions-driven mindset.

• Passion for fashion, service, and team development.
